Journal Article 2021 11 10 The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Captainlog cognitive rehabilitation software on prospective and retrospective memory in patients with multiple sclerosis.<strong> </strong>This study was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test-post-test design and control group. Thirty-four patients with multiple sclerosis were selected by purposive sampling method and were randomly and equally assigned to the experimental and control groups (17 patients in each group). The experimental group was intervened in 16 sessions of 60 minutes with Captain Log cognitive rehabilitation software, while the control group did not receive any intervention. Subjects were assessed using the Prospective<strong> </strong>and Retrospective Memory Questionnaire (2003). Data were analyzed using analysis of covariance.<strong> </strong>The results showed that Captain Log cognitive rehabilitation software had a significant effect on prospective and retrospective memory in patients with multiple sclerosis (P <0.05).<strong> </strong>The findings of this study showed that Captain Log software can play an important role in improving prospective and retrospective memory in patients with multiple sclerosis. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی نرم‌افزار توان‌بخشی شناختی کاپیتان لاگ بر حافظۀ آینده‌نگر و گذشته‌نگر در بیماران مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکلروزیس انجام شد. این پژوهش، یک مطالعۀ نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون‌ـ‌‌پس‌آزمون و گروه گواه بود. 34 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکلروزیس به‌روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به‌طور مساوی و تصادفی در دو گروه‌ آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه 17 نفر) جایگزین شدند. گروه‌ آزمایش طی 16 جلسۀ 60دقیقه‌ای، تحت مداخله‌ای با نرم‌افزار توان‌بخشی شناختی کاپیتان‌لاگ قرار گرفت، درحالی‌که گروه گواه هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. آزمودنی‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ حافظۀ آینده‌نگر و گذشته‌نگر (2003) ارزیابی شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شد. یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده حاکی از آن بود که نرم‌افزار توان‌بخشی شناختی کاپیتان لاگ بر حافظۀ آینده‌نگر و گذشته‌نگر در بیماران مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکلروزیس اثر معناداری داشت (05/0>P). یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد نرم‌افزار کاپیتان لاگ می‌تواند نقش مهمی در بهبود حافظۀ آینده‌نگر و گذشته‌نگر در بیماران مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکلروزیس ایفا کند. https://cbs.ui.ac.ir/article_26384_fe93da37e62e966386d07d06505ea6df.pdf
