		<Abstract>Â  In the present research, the effectiveness of communicative skills training in reducing aggression among high school female students was studied . Therefore 60 female students were randomly selected and assigned to two experimental and control groups. The instrument used was Ahvaz Aggression Inventory (AAI). The research design was semi-empirical with pre, post, and follow-up tests . The experimental group received 12 weekly 60 minute sessions of communication skills training. The follow-up test was carried out one month after training. The results of multivariate analysis of covariance showed that training of communicative skills significantly reduced aggression in the training group as compared to the control group both in the post-test and the follow-up (P</Abstract>
